Take out 10 thin vanilla wafers and set aside on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make the coffee buttercream: In a small bowl, add the butter and cream with a fork, until softened and smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, espresso powder and mix until combined.. I also bought 5 dark chocolate coffee chocolate pieces as well, without sampling 😉 In the end, we purchased the box set of bars (30€) and a personalized gift box (20€), which she kindly wrapped in beautiful gift bows.
