The Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival just announced their kick off event of the year.. Food Truck Wars 2023. The festival returns this year at the KPU Langley Campus on Friday March 31st – Sunday April 2nd. The event will run from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, and 11:00 am – 8:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.. The Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival is bringing back its annual Food Truck Wars to Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Langley campus from April 19 to 21. There will be 47 food trucks at the event, which festival CEO and KPU alumnus Jason Faria says is the largest food truck festival in Canada.
